Sirius-X Energy successfully hosted a 2-day Solar–Wind Hybrid Technical Workshop focused on practical learning and inclusive participation in renewable energy.
A major highlight of the workshop was that the majority of participants were Persons with Disabilities (PWDs). The program was intentionally designed to promote inclusivity, bringing together women, PWDs, and young energy enthusiasts, reinforcing the message that everyone has a role to play in the clean energy transition.
Day 1 covered theoretical sessions facilitated by Sirius-X trainers and CREST representatives, while Day 2 focused on practical sessions, group activities, Q&A, and digital training briefings.
